Dr. Scott Campbell has performed as a soloist in Australia, Finland, France, Germany, Norway, Sweden, and throughout the United States. Has appeared with various ensembles, most notably the Dallas Pops Orchestra, Plano Symphony, Odysseus Chamber Orchestra and the Allen Philharmonic and performed with musicians such as The O’Jays, Martina McBride, and Ben Folds. Along with numerous solo recitals, Dr. Campbell has given world-premiere performances at the North American Saxophone Alliance Biannual conference. 

Dr. Campbell has served on the faculty of Southwestern Adventist University and Mountain View College and maintained a large studio that averaged between 80-100 private students in the DFW area. His students have gone on to be accepted into prestigious programs such as Eastman School of Music, Northwestern University, Peabody Conservatory, the New School, University of North Texas, Berklee College of Music, and Interlochen Arts Academy. 

Dr. Campbell received his doctorate degree in saxophone performance from the University of North Texas where he served as Teaching Fellow of saxophone and taught a large studio of saxophone students. 

In addition to performing and teaching, Dr. Campbell has been featured as an interviewee in The Instrumentalist, Southwestern Musician, The Wave, served as a busy clinician for Vandoren, and has presented master classes and clinics throughout the US and China. Currently, Dr. Campbell serves as Woodwind Category Manager for Conn-Selmer, Inc.
